Blueberry Banana Maple Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup rolledoats
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1Tablespoon RockyMountain Olive Oil Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoonpeanut butter
Wash and prepare your fruit, slicing the banana thinly.
In a microwavable bowl, add in the oats, water and salt. Microwavethe oats per package instructions (typically 2 – 2.5 minutes) until the oatsare fully cooked. Remove from the microwave and stir.
Add the balsamic vinegar and peanut butter into the oats and stirto combine. Top with the banana slice and blueberries and enjoy!
