INGREDIENTS:

• 4 cups (2 pints) of fresh strawberries
• 3Tablespoons RockyMountain Olive Oil Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
• Sprinkle of freshly ground blackpepper
• Your favorite vanilla ice cream orgelato

DIRECTIONS:

Wash andthickly slice the strawberries.

In a bowl,combine the strawberries, Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, sugar and pepper in bowl.Mix well to ensure the strawberries are wellcoated. Set asideand let macerate at room temperature for 30 minutes – 1 hour.

When you areready to indulge, scope your ice cream into a serving dish and drizzle liberallywith the strawberry-balsamic topping.
