Chocolate Balsamic-Strawberry Ice Cream Topping
- 4 cups (2 pints) of fresh strawberries
- 3Tablespoons RockyMountain Olive Oil Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- Sprinkle of freshly ground blackpepper
- Your favorite vanilla ice cream orgelato
Wash andthickly slice the strawberries.
In a bowl,combine the strawberries, Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, sugar and pepper in bowl.Mix well to ensure the strawberries are wellcoated. Set asideand let macerate at room temperature for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
