The Blenheim variety of Apricot is both sweet and tart with an intensely aromatic aroma of honeysuckle. We’ve married this with our aged white balsamic vinegar. The resulting collaboration is as intoxicating as it is crisp and tart. Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
Great with grilled chicken, as a glaze or served with cheese. Add to sparkling water for a refreshing thirst quencher.
