Blueberry Lavender Overnight Oats
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup oat milk or almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Lavender Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
In a medium mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, balsamic and a tiny pinch of salt. Stir with a spoon to combine, then add in the blueberries.
Close the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, gently stir the mixture again until the blueberries are distributed throughout the oatmeal. Then, dive in and enjoy!
