Creamy Pepper Italian Dressing
- ¼ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Madagascar Black Peppercorn Infused Olive Oil
- ½ cup natural mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil High Peaks Seasoning
- ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Add all ingredients to a large mason jar, cover and shake vigorously until combined. Store in the fridge until ready to serve and shake jar again before drizzling over salad or using as a dip for veggies. If the dressing is too thick, simply add water one teaspoon at a time to thin it out to the desired consistency.
