Creamy Pepper Italian Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Madagascar Black Peppercorn Infused Olive Oil
½ cup natural mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil High Peaks Seasoning
¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a large mason jar, cover and shake vigorously until combined. Store in the fridge until ready to serve and shake jar again before drizzling over salad or using as a dip for veggies. If the dressing is too thick, simply add water one teaspoon at a time to thin it out to the desired consistency.
