- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are crispy and golden on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with Cranberry Pear Balsamic. Toss well to coat.
- For a little extra indulgence, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese before serving.
