Fresh Plum Salsa
One of our favorite warm weather appetizers is homemade salsa. And just like fall harvest jams and jellies, salsa can be made with so many kids of fruit! This recipe combines deliciously ripe plums, jalapeño, lime, garlic, Lychee Balsamic and cilantro and it's simply the chef's kiss! Use it as a dip, mixed in with salad or as a meat topper.

- Prepare all of your ingredients & add every thing to a large bowl. Toss until combined, taste & adjust any seasonings. If you can, let the salsa marinate in the fridge for at least an hour to allow flavors to mix together.
