4 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
2 cups grated carrots
1 jalapeño, finely chopped or sliced
⅔ cup thinly sliced red onion
6 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp a any Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Baklouti Green Chili Fused Olive Oil

 

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

Toss all ingredients together and let macerate (purple cabbage, carrot, jalapeño, onion, Jalapeño BalsamicExtra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon juice). Finish with Chipotle Salt and Green Chili Olive Oil.
