  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together Peach Balsamic Vinegar, soy sauce, minced ginger, and garlic.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, turning to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
  4. Sear the salmon fillets in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
