I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
• 1 tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Thyme Infused Olive Oil
• 2 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or pistachios)
• sea salt for sprinkling
