Harissa Fig Chicken Marinade

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce. We recommend Bragg Liquid Aminos.
- 1/4 cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Harissa Infused Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons gluten free Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Whisk together ingredients until sugar has dissolved. Marinate chicken at least 2 hours before cooking.
