    1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water, heating until the sugar dissolves to create a simple syrup. Allow to cool.
    2. Blend the strawberries, kiwi, Strawberry Kiwi Balsamic, and lemon juice until smooth.
    3. Stir in the cooled simple syrup, then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    4. Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
    5. Serve as a refreshing dessert or palate cleanser.
