Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar


Created from dark balsamic and fresh blueberries, our Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar has a thick, fruity and fragrant flavor. It is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy and has a smooth finish. Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

When paired with a delicate extra virgin olive oil such as Arbequina, the intense blueberry flavor will shine. Also fantastic with our Blood Orange or Eureka Lemon olive oils. Pairs well with fine white, creamy or pungent cheeses like bleu, triple cream or feta. Reduce to use as a syrup on waffles, pancakes or french toast.
