I N S T R U C T I O N S :

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter with Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat. Add pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and cook until pears are tender and caramelized.
  3. Add Premium Dark Balsamic and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Pour the pear mixture into the tart shell and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tart shell is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
