Strawberry Coconut Lime Popsicles
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
Place strawberries and balsamic vinegar into a blender or food processor. Blend into a puree. Pour into popsicle molds and place into a freezer for 4 hours, or until frozen.
