  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Blueberry Balsamic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried blueberries, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and stir to combine.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
