- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix both the Lemon Olive Oil & Basil Olive Oil and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Immediately after removing from over, sprinkle with fresh basil.
