I N S T R U C T I O N S :

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and heavy cream. Melt together over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in Harissa Olive OilRaspberry Balsamic, and vanilla extract.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours until firm enough to roll into truffles.
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into bite-sized balls and dust with cocoa powder.
  5. Serve these spicy-sweet truffles at a holiday party or as a decadent after-dinner treat.
