Thaw, peel and devein the shrimp. Mince the garlic. Season the shrimp with kosher salt and paprika.

Heat garlic and Chipotle Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook until garlic starts to turn golden.

Add shrimp and increase heat to high. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, then pour in vinegar. Stir continuously, until sauce comes to a boil and shrimp is cooked through, about 1 minute more.
