Chipotle Garlic Shrimp
- 4 clovesminced garlic
- 1 poundfrozen large shrimp
- Kosher saltto taste
- 1 teaspoonhot smoked paprika
- ¼ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
- 2Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Sherry Reserva Wine Vinegar
Thaw, peeland devein the shrimp. Mince the garlic. Season the shrimp with kosher salt andpaprika.
Heat garlic andChipotle Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook until garlic startsto turn golden.
Add shrimpand increase heat to high. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, then pour in vinegar.Stir continuously, until sauce comes to a boil and shrimp is cooked through,about 1 minute more.
