- 3 Tablespoons Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon yellow curry powder
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Wash and prep the cauliflower, cutting into 1/2 inch slices
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, curry powder, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper. Add cauliflower and toss until well coated.
Place in a singe layer in a greased and lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 F until golden and crispy, for about 25 minutes.
