Lets be honest, lots of desserts taste better with whipped cream. Heck, perhaps lots of breakfasts taste better with whipped cream too! We certainly love a good Pots de Créme, Blueberry Pie or Peach Ice Cream topped with delicious whipped cream, but here's the kick - like so many things, homemade whipped cream is SO much better than anything that comes from a can or tub. And, homemade whipped cream is actually easier than you think. Here's a super simple homemade whipped cream recipe to help up-level your dessert game.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
• 1 tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Blood Orange, Whole Fruit Lemon or Persian Lime Olive Oil (or for a spicy twist, use our Cayenne Chili Pepper Fused Olive Oil)

Instructions:

Whip the heavy whipping cream with confectioners sugar and infused olive oil of choice until soft peaks form. Top it on whatever your heart desires!
