In a medium bowl, add the ricotta, Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, chives, minced garlic, Garlic Salt and or Colorado Garlic Pepper and pepper. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer on medium speed until it is smooth and creamy – about 1 minute. Taste the mix and adjust seasoning as needed.
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired. Enjoy the dip with slices of toasted bread, veggies or crackers!
