Olive Oil Hollandaise Sauce
This homemade hollandaise sauce, made with fresh lemon and our Butter Infused Olive Oil and Lemon Pepper Seasoning, is rich and vibrant with a slight about of citrus zest. It's a versatile condiment perfect for brunch and dipping, spreading, or drizzling over your favorite dishes.

- Whisk together the egg yolks, lemon juice and 1 tbsp of warm water. Add the mixture to the jar of a blender. With the machine continuously running, slowly pour in Butter Infused Olive Oil, a little at a time. If the mixture thickens too quickly, add a little more warm water.
- Continue blending adding remaining Butter Olive Oil in a thin stream until the mixture emulsifies (thickens). Season with Lemon Pepper Seasoning and cayenne, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
