  1. In a small bowl whisk together Sherry Reserva Wine Vinegar, mustard, honey, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and set aside. In a separate bowl mix together cabbages, carrots, green onions, and celery seed.
  2. Next, pour a small amount of the dressing on the cabbage mixture and mix until veggies are combined and coated. Taste and continue adding dressing until desired amount is achieved.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and chill before serving.
