Grilled Citrus Tuna
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Grind Spice Co Mojo Cubano Blend
- 2 6 oz fresh tuna steaks
Coat both sides of the tuna steaks in the marinade, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove tuna from the marinade and place tuna on grill and cook to desired done-ness. Then top with Strawberry Mango Balsamic Salsa and serve over rice.
