Grilled Citrus Tuna

In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, Persian Lime Olive Oil, oregano, parsley, Mojo Cubano Blend and mix.
Coat both sides of the tuna steaks in the marinade, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove tuna from the marinade and place tuna on grill and cook to desired done-ness. Then top with Strawberry Mango Balsamic Salsa and serve over rice.
