Grilled Citrus Tuna
- ½ cup orangejuice
- ½ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoonoregano, dried
- 1 teaspoonfinely chopped fresh parsley
- Salt andground black pepper to taste
- 2 6 oz freshtuna steaks
In a medium bowl,combine the orange juice, olive oil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and mix.
Coat bothsides of the tuna steaks in the marinade, then cover and refrigerate for 30minutes.
Preheatgrill to medium-high heat. Remove tuna from the marinade and place tuna ongrill and cook to desired doneness.
