Lemon Pepper-Garlic French Fries
- 4 largebaking potatoes
- 3 TablespoonsRockyMountain Olive Oil Garlic Infused Olive Oil (or another of your favorite RockyMountain Olive Oils)
- 1 TablespoonRockyMountain Olive Oil Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Wash and peelthe potatoes. Then cut (aka French) the potatoes into uniform sticks. This canbe done by hand or by using a French fry cutter.
Soak thefries in a large bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the ovento 375 degrees F while the fries soak.
After 30minutes, remove the fries from the water and pat them very dry – or, for fasterdrying, spin them in a salad spinner to remove any water.
Toss thefries in the Garlic Olive Oil and Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Spread them evenly ina single layer on a parchment-lined pan.
Bake thefries for 20 minutes. Then, turn the oven up to 425 and cook fries untilgolden, about 20-25 minutes more (longer for thicker cut fries).
